Learn to stone carve in a full day with renowned stone sculptor Jonathan Sells. Take home your stone carving and new skills on completion. No previous carving experience needed, all materials and tools provided, along with expert tuition.
On 4th and 5th June, Jonathan was at Rollington Barn for Purbeck Art Weeks (PAW), working on a stone carving relating to Corfe Castle. Jonathan was also representing Burngate Stone Centre, where he is a stone carving tutor.
Jonathan will be teaching 2-hour relief stone carving sessions, at Guggleton Farm Arts on Saturday 7th December 2019.
Jonathan will be teaching short relief stone carving sessions, at Guggleton Farm Arts on Friday 1st November 2019. The lessons will be £20 each and last two hours, with an added £5 for stone. You are welcome to stay for more than one lesson.
Jonathan will be part of ‘Smile’, an art exhibition taking place from 5th-16th September 2019 at The Gallery Upstairs, Upton Country Park, Poole.
Open daily, from 10-5pm, Jonathan will have some of his stone carvings and sculptures on display.
